While we Announce, will Huma Denounce?

Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin mom

While we Announce, will Huma Denounce?(Shoebat).By Walid Shoebat.
I am ANNOUNCING that in the coming days, we will release a bombshell more explosive than before. This time, it’s the link between the family of Huma Abedin, the closest advisor to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Wahhabist grand plan in Saudi Arabia.
It is a plan that represents a grave threat to the United States. I promise you’ve never heard anything like this before—not in a million years.
Let’s start with the man who founded the Abedins’ organization, the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA), which will be included in our upcoming report. His name is Abdullah Omar Nasseef and he founded a group that was identified by the U.S. Treasury Department as a terrorist entity that funded al-Qaeda. That makes Nasseef an al-Qaeda financier. I guess it’s no big deal and a bit taboo to say it is.
So I will choose my words carefully:
The Abedins were not in bed with terrorists and Huma’s mother was not a member of the Brotherhood.
Now that I’ve cleared the runway, here’s the politically incorrect, factual truth:
Huma’s mother is a leader in the Muslim Brotherhood and the Abedins were in bed with terror-king-pins. It is much worse than anyone thinks. That detail can be read [here].Read the full story here.

Obama 'Admin' Exempt Labor Unions from Stalking, Trespassing Laws.

Obama 'Admin' Exempt Labor Unions from Stalking, Trespassing Laws.(Heritage).At least four states provide exemptions to anti-staljking laws for labor union officials conducting organizing activities, according to a new report from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Every state in America criminalizes stalking, generally defined as repeated unwanted contact with another individual designed to cause some sort of mental or emotional distress. But Illinois, California, Nevada, and Pennsylvania offer broad exemptions for union officials.
A law in Illinois, for instance, exempts from stalking prohibitions individuals who are engaging in “any controversy concerning wages, salaries, hours, working conditions or benefits . . . the making or maintaining of collective bargaining agreements, and the terms to be included in those agreements.”
Pennsylvania law says that laws against stalking “shall not apply to conduct by a party to a labor dispute.” That could prove troubling for the owners of Philadelphia-based Post Brothers Apartments, who allege that the wife of one of the company’s owners “is routinely followed taking their toddler to pre-school by picketers” involved in a labor dispute.
Some state laws exempt union activities from other criminal prohibitions, such as trespassing. As the Chamber explains, California “explicitly excludes persons engaged in labor union activities” from its strict laws against trespassing, which specify that individuals must leave another’s property when asked.
California prohibits individuals from entering or exiting a private property, or from willingly inhibiting the operations of a business, imposing fines and a potential 90-day imprisonment for those convicted of the latter. But as with its trespassing laws, the state has exempted unions from these laws.
Exemptions to these California laws are the subject of ongoiong litigation, the Chamber explains:
Beginning in October 2008, representatives of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) Local 8 began to picket outside a Ralphs store on a sidewalk owned by Ralphs. According to court documents…the picketers…provoked confrontations with store employees and harassed customers coming to shop, so store employees called the police. Unfortunately for Ralphs, the police refused to remove the protesters, even though the disruptive behavior and confrontations were occurring on the store’s own property.
In response to this situation, Ralphs filed a lawsuit against the union seeking an injunction to end the union tactics. The trial court declined to issue the injunction claiming that it was prevented from doing so because of another California state law prohibiting injunctions against unions. An appeals court, however, ruled in Ralphs’ favor after finding the state law cited by the trial court was unconstitutional because it granted greater rights to unions than to others. As of July 2012, the case was pending appeal in the California Supreme Court.

France reportedly draws up plans to evacuate 200,000 Franco-Israelis in case of war.

France reportedly draws up plans to evacuate 200,000 Franco-Israelis in case of war....How about the U.S. plans?(TOI).Paris has reportedly drawn up emergency plans to evacuate French citizens from Israel in case of war. The plan, reported by French news outlet La Tribune, would see 200,000 French nationals ferried in small boats to large warships stationed in the Mediterranean. Diplomatic sources told the news outlet the plan was drawn up amid fears that Israel may come under attack from Iran or Hezbollah in the wake of an Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear sites. Sources at the French Embassy in Tel Aviv told the paper that the plan was part of standard procedures and not out of the ordinary. In 2006, France carried out a large scale evacuation in Lebanon during the Second Lebanon War, ferrying thousands of people to Cyprus, or large ships waiting offshore.Hmmmm.......Time for other countries to do the same?Read the full story here.

Turkey says it will do ‘whatever is required' against Iran.

Turkey says it will do ‘whatever is required' against Iran.(TZ).In a sign of a further rift with its mullah regime neighbor, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bülent Arınç slammed Iran on Thursday, saying that the Turkish government is disturbed by Iran's stance against Turkey. Speaking to a group of reporters over an iftar (fast-breaking) dinner, Arınç said that Ankara is uncomfortable with the positions the Iranian government has taken recently towards Turkey on a number of issues, not necessarily tied to the Syrian crisis. “What I mean by disturbing behavior [by the Iranian regime] is not related to Syria,” he said, stressing that Turkey will do ‘whatever is required” to counter Iranian threats.
The Turkish minister implied that a recent surge in terror attacks in Turkey's Southeast has the backing of Iran. “We have received information that Kurdistan Workers' Party [PKK] terrorists infiltrated from the Iranian side of the border and that they were stationed in the Şehidan camp [in Iran] and crossed into Turkey from the region of Harkuk in northern Iraq,” he said.
Arınç dismissed Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi's remarks this week explaining those made by Iran's top general Hassan Firouzabadi, who blamed Turkey for the bloodshed in Syria. “Salehi came to Ankara and said that only the foreign minister, president and religious leaders can speak on behalf of Iran. This is not true. They can say whatever they want. Similar remarks were made in the past by other Iranian officials against the Kürecik NATO radar base in Turkey. Sometimes deputy ministers have issued similar remarks,” Arınç said, adding that Turkey holds the Iranian government responsible for these statements. In October 2011, the deputy head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Iranian armed forces, Brig. Gen. Massoud Jazayeri, said, “Turkey should rethink its long-term strategic interests and draw lessons from the bitter historical experiences of other countries.” He warned of “adverse consequences” while urging Turkey to reconsider its decision to host the NATO radar. Arınç also signaled that Turkey may launch a military operation in Kandil in northern Iraq. “We do not need permission to do that. These things are not being spoken of but rather being implemented,” he said.Hmmmmm......."Empty barrels make the most noise".Read the full story here.

"Hottest year ever" - Cold Alaska summer hurting farmers and fresh produce lovers.

"Hottest year ever" - Cold Alaska summer hurting farmers and fresh produce lovers.(AD). Cold weather in Southcentral Alaska isn't just affecting people's moods. It's seriously hurting vegetable crops in the Matanuska Susitna Valley, one of the state's major farming regions. Most crops are several weeks behind schedule, according to farmers, the result of a chilly spring and a summer that’s nearly breaking cold-temperature records.
Pyrah's Pioneer Peak Farm, a popular pick-it-yourself destination near Palmer, would normally see five times as many people as it has, says owner Ted Pyrah. There's just not much for customers to pick right now, he says, and most vegetables are small. While farmers can handle cloudy weather and a good amount of rain, there's not much they can do when temperatures dip. Plants simply aren't maturing fast enough, putting many farmers in a lurch. The yield's way down, the production numbers are not there,” says Arthur Keyes, owner of the South Anchorage Farmer's Market and Glacier Valley Farm in Palmer. “It's so cold, we need heat. We don't need rain, we need the sun.”
How many Mat-Su farmers are affected by the cold? How about everybody?” says Duane Clark, co-owner of the Central Market in Anchorage. Name a plant and it's probably behind schedule. Cabbage, potatoes, beets, broccoli, cauliflower. Greens are about the only plant that's consistent, farmers say, and they’ve been small. Even peas, normally a stable cold-weather crop, are lagging. Pyrah says his pea plants just started producing pods. Normally, he would have been harvesting them by July 20. If you haven't seen any giant zucchinis in the farmer's market, there's a reason. Keyes, whose farm mainly produces flowering crops like zucchini and strawberries, says he usually produces one pound of zucchini per plant, per day. But he didn't even begin harvesting the plants on time. Normally peak production is July 1, and Keyes didn't start harvesting until mid-July. Even then, with the ability to produce up to 2,000 pounds of zucchini a day, he only harvested 75. His problems aren't unique. Keyes says many vendors that signed up sell at the market in June didn't show up until July. They just didn't have enough crop to sustain a booth. Even the bees have had trouble with rainy, cold weather, Keyes says, another issue when dealing with flower crops.
While cold is slowing plants in Alaska, the opposite is happening in the Lower 48. According to the U.S. Drought Monitor about 53 percent of the nation is experiencing moderate to extreme drought. More than 1,000 counties in 29 states have been declared disasters areas. Record hot temperatures are being set all over.
Not in Alaska. Alaska’s biggest city of Anchorage just posted its fourth-coldest July on record.
According to U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) statistics through July 29, Palmer has only had 325 “degree days” this year, 112 days below average. A degree day is not an actual 24-hour day, but instead a unit of measurement defining ideal growing periods -- periods that are neither too hot nor too cold.
Sue Benz, with the USDA Alaska Agricultural Statistics Service, tried to put that into perspective. In 2004, a great growing year by most accounts (Benz grew full-size apples in her apple trees), there were 640 degree days through the end of July. In 2010, when Anchorage set a record with 28 consecutive days of rain, the degree-day count was still higher, with 372.
The latest data from the USDA shows that 4.6 million pounds of vegetables were grown statewide in 2010. Alaska also saw 15 million pounds of potatoes, which is counted separately from vegetables. With the Midwest drought expected to increase food prices, Consenstein said Alaskans should be concerned. Alaska won't be immune to price hikes. And with less local food around, grocery bills could be painful. "This bad weather (may) be a bit of a wake-up call that we need to pay attention to Alaska's food system," he said.Read the full story here.

Mother Nature's war on Obama's re-election - Drought crop damage worsens, ethanol waiver urged, Food prices jump 6 % last month.

Mother Nature's war on Obama's re-election - Drought crop damage worsens, ethanol waiver urged, Food prices jump 6 % last month.(Reuters).The worst drought in more than 50 years has caused more damage than expected to corn and soybean crops, the government said on Friday, heightening calls for a suspension of ethanol quotas to head off another global food crisis. While benchmark corn and wheat futures closed lower in Chicago, experts say food prices appear set to keep rising after a 6 percent jump last month, escalating a food-versus-fuel debate centered on a law that dictates that about 40 percent of the corn crop must be converted into ethanol.
Hours after the Department of Agriculture said the corn yield would likely fall to its lowest since 1995, worse than forecast, the governors of two poultry-producing states asked the Obama administration to waive the ethanol requirement, the first formal request for relief.
Pressure is also building internationally, as poorer countries bear a larger burden of rising food costs. The top United Nations food official, José Graziano da Silva, wrote in the Financial Times that an "immediate, temporary suspension" of the mandate could help head off another world food crisis.
Bill Lapp, president of Advanced Economic Solutions, said U.S. food inflation would reach 4.5 percent next year, adding about $30 billion to domestic costs. "Globally it's a much more direct impact, a more immediate impact," he said. "A greater deal of the food consumption is done without further processing so you can have a much more dramatic impact in global prices. That's what's compelling the United Nations to ask for some relief on the biofuel mandates.
Under the five-year-old Renewable Fuel Standard, U.S. fuel companies are required to ensure that 9 percent of their gasoline pools are made up of ethanol this year, which means converting some 40 percent of the corn crop into the biofuel. A White House spokesman said President Barack Obama was "looking at" the possibility of a waiver together with the Environmental Protection Agency and the USDA. But with staunch farm belt support and an election looming, many political analysts say the odds of a waiver are low. Meanwhile, the outlook for crops abroad is darkening. Japan said an El Nino weather pattern was under way and would last until winter, foreshadowing disruptive conditions that could harm crops from Australia to India. Corn prices have surged more than 60 percent in the past two months as the United States reels from the extreme weather, while global soy supplies are also tight after drought in South America. In the most authoritative statement yet on how the drought is affecting crops, the USDA estimated. U.S. inventories of soybeans, a key component of livestock feed from India to Indiana, would be the smallest in nine years after the USDA said only 2.69 billion bushels would be harvested this fall, 4 percent less than traders had expected. Stocks will drop to 115 million bushels, the second-smallest since 1973.Hmmmmm......The people or the 'green dream' who do you think he'll choose?Read the full story here.

White House says it has ‘eyes’ inside Iranian nuclear program

White House says it has ‘eyes’ inside Iranian nuclear program.(AA).The United States said Friday it had “eyes” and “visibility” inside Iran’s nuclear program and would know if Tehran had made a “breakout” move toward acquiring a nuclear weapon. The comment by White House spokesman Jay Carney followed Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak’s remark that new U.S. intelligence suggested that the threat from Iran was becoming more “urgent.” Carney declined to comment on intelligence matters in detail but said that Washington and Israel were agreed on Iran’s ambitions and its nuclear program.
I would also say that we have eyes -- we have visibility into the program, and we would know if and when Iran made what’s called a breakout move towards acquiring a weapon.”
Breakout capability is commonly understood to be the point when a state acquires the knowledge, capability and materials to build a nuclear bomb if it wants to. Carney said later in his briefing that he was referring to International Atomic Energy Agency officials mandated to inspect Iran’s nuclear sites because Tehran is a signatory to the Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). But many experts believe there has been substantial infiltration and sabotage of Iran’s nuclear program by Western and Israeli intelligence agencies. Military sites in Iran that do not have confirmed nuclear activities are off-limits to inspectors unless provided for by agreement or under the terms of an Additional Protocol to the NPT that Iran dropped in 2006.Carney’s comments came on a day on which speculation about a possible military strike on Iran’s nuclear program ran rampant in the Israeli press.Hmmmm......Let me guess 'they' might see "CHANGE" after the re-election of Obama?Read the full story here.

Belgian nuclear chief 'sceptical' reactor can be restarted, TEN American reactors may have used the component in question.

Belgian nuclear chief 'sceptical' reactor can be restarted, TEN American reactors may have used the component in question.(HD)(WSJ).The head of Belgium's federal agency for nuclear safety AFCN said on Friday he was "sceptical" that an ageing reactor closed over fears of cracks could be restarted. "I'm fairly sceptical for the moment," Willy de Roovere told RTBF public radio, even if "the possibility remains that I am wrong." According to French-language daily Le Soir, a crack of between 15 and 20 millimetres (0.6 and 0.8 inches) was discovered during a test in June. There has been no denial of this report. According to the agency, repairs are "practically impossible" and are "not an option" for fear of creating new tensions "which we must avoid at all costs." Installing a replacement meanwhile has never been attempted anywhere because of the problem of high radiation levels. The AFCN revealed on Wednesday that the Doel 3 reactor, located 25 kilometres (20 miles) north of Antwerp, would remain closed at least until August 31 after the discovery of possible cracks in the protective vessel surrounding the core during routine June testing. The agency is also mulling the permanent closure "in the worst case" of a second reactor in the country's south near Liege. The tests showed "faults in the steel base material" on which the reactor vessel is mounted, the AFCN said. The Dutch firm, Rotterdam Drydocks, that made the vessels is out of business, which has amplified concerns about others it delivered in Europe and in the Americas. Spain has indicated it has two reactors in the same bracket, Switzerland and Sweden one each. The firm supplied one to the Netherlands, but had not manufactured it. The government in The Hague said it has still to decide whether to test its nuclear facilities. The German government said reactors supplied by the defunct company were no longer in service. Representatives of nuclear safety bodies from all the countries involved will meet in Brussels on August 16 to "exchange information," the AFCN said.
Checks with a new technology at the Doel power plant near Belgium's biggest port, Antwerp, identified the possible cracks, the Belgian regulator FANC said. The vessel is a 20-centimeter-thick steel tank, which is roughly three meters tall and four meters in diameter.
At least one reactor in Switzerland, another in Belgium and two in Spain have components produced by the same Dutch firm, Rotterdam Drydock Company, which has gone bankrupt since producing the equipment.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission said Friday it has been informed that 10 American reactors may have used the component in question, but it hasn't yet verified that information with U.S. nuclear operators
The U.S. regulator said it will send an engineering expert to next week's meeting. "We want to know more about what tests were done, the methodologies and techniques and equipment used to test it," spokesman David McIntyre said. "It's a little early to be jumping to conclusions at this point. There will be more testing to verify that there's a problem and the extent of it." The Swiss reactor was already shut for routine checks and the second Belgian reactor will be shut next week for tests, the countries' regulators said. Spain didn't find any problem in its vessels, after testing them with the same advanced technology used in Belgium.Read the full story here and here.

Assad's termobarics – "From Russia with love".

Assad's termobarics – "From Russia with love".(YNet).The civil war raging in Syria exposed the existence of a new weapon in the region – thermobarics. Thermobarics are lethal weapons also known as "fuel-air bomb," which explode above a target area with a massive blast and suck air in, leaving a vacuum. When such a weapon is detonated, it produces a blast wave with a significantly longer duration, maximizing damage and casualties. Thermobaric weapons vary and some rounds can be fitted to hand held launchers such as RPGs and antitank weapons. Victims of a thermobaric explosion suffer severe burns and extensive internal organ damage, before suffocating to death. Israel, however, was not taken aback by the Syrian opposition's reports that thermobarics were used on civilians in Aleppo. Israel knew that thermobaric weapons were supplied to the Syrian Army by Russia and unfortunate have already found their way to Hezbollah. The defense establishment, however, chose to keep this information under wraps – until now. During the Second Lebanon War, Israel seized several RPG-29 launchers, given to Hezbollah by Syria, which were found to be armed with thermobarics. An exercise held in February 2008 by the Ordnance Corps with aim of testing the deadly weapon, ended up in three IDF casualties – including an officer who was seriously wounded.Read the full story here.

Madonna Breaks 'Gay Propaganda' Law - St. Petersburg Lawmaker

Madonna Breaks 'Gay Propaganda' Law - St. Petersburg Lawmaker.(RN).A city councilor in St. Petersburg has accused U.S. pop star Madonna of violating a controversial local law banning "homosexual propaganda" during her concert there. Vitaly Milonov, the author of the law, said the city's "public organizations" will take either the singer or gig organizers to court. "We have video footage showing there were 12-year-old children there," Milonov, who belongs to the pro-Kremlin United Russia party, told journalists. But the organizers PMI group said the tickets clearly stated those under 18 were not advised to attend the concert.
During her show in St. Petersburg on Thursday, Madonna told her fans that homosexuals had the same rights as anyone elese to be treated with dignity and tolerance. She also took off her shirt to reveal the words "No Fear" written across her back. The law, signed by St. Petersburg's governor in March, makes it a crime to "disseminate homosexual propaganda" to minors. It stipulates fines of up to 5,000 rubles ($160) for individuals, 50,000 rubles ($1,600) for officials and up to 500,000 rubles ($16,000) for organizations that violate it. Several politicians and church figures have called for the legislation to be passed at the federal level. Homosexuality was only decriminalized in Russia in 1993, and anti-gay sentiments, including among officials, remain strong. In 2007, former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov described attempts to hold a Gay Parade in the capital as "satanic." There has never been a sanctioned Gay Parade in Russia. According to a 2010 survey by Russia's independent Levada Center polling agency, 74 percent of respondents said gays and lesbians were "amoral" and "mentally defective," while only 45 percent said they should enjoy the same rights as heterosexuals. Madonna used her Moscow concert on August 7 to speak out in support of three members of the all-female punk group Pussy Riot, on trial for hooliganism.Hmmmm......Free publicity money can't buy this promo.Read the full story here.

The case against Obama's re-election

The case against Obama's re-election.(WP)By Charles Krauthammer.
There are two ways to run against Barack Obama: stewardship or ideology. You can run against his record or you can run against his ideas.
The stewardship case is pretty straightforward: the worst recovery in U.S. history, 42 consecutive months of 8-plus percent unemployment, declining economic growth — all achieved at a price of an additional $5 trillion of accumulated debt.
The ideological case is also simple. Just play in toto (and therefore in context) Obama’s Roanoke riff telling small-business owners: “You didn’t build that.” Real credit for your success belongs not to you — you think you did well because of your smarts and sweat? he asked mockingly — but to government that built the infrastructure without which you would have nothing.
Play it. Then ask: Is that the governing philosophy you want for this nation?
Mitt Romney’s preferred argument, however, is stewardship. Are you better off today than you were $5 trillion ago? Look at the wreckage around you. This presidency is a failure. I’m a successful businessman. I know how to fix things. Elect me, etc. etc.
Easy peasy, but highly risky. If you run against Obama’s performance in contrast to your own competence, you stake your case on persona. Is that how you want to compete against an opponent who is not just more likable and immeasurably cooler but spending millions to paint you as an unfeeling, out-of-touch, job-killing, private-equity plutocrat?
The ideological case, on the other hand, is not just appealing to a center-right country with twice as many conservatives as liberals, it is also explanatory. It underpins the stewardship argument. Obama’s ideology — and the program that followed — explains the failure of these four years.
What program? Obama laid it out boldly in a series of major addresses during the first months of his presidency. The roots of the nation’s crisis, he declared, were systemic. Fundamental change was required. He had come to deliver it. Hence his signature legislation....
A campaign about ideology would also take away the Obama campaigns rationale for their Bain attack ads like the goofy one suggesting he was responsible for the cancer death of a former employee of a company once owned by Bain. That ad has backfired so badly that it has the Obama campaign on the defensive and being accused of lying about their knowledge of the facts asserted.

I think you can make the case that Obama's ideology is the reason for his spectacular failure as President. It would also create problems for his overrated intellect. Snark can only get you so far before people catch on.Read the full story here.

Russian deputy PM Rogozin says Madonna tweet was not an insult.(HD).A Russian deputy prime minister has said he did not insult Madonna on Twitter ahead of her Saint Petersburg concert in which she spoke in defence of gay rights. The outspoken lawmaker, Dmitry Rogozin, tweeted a Russian abbreviation on Wednesday that was widely interpreted as an insult aimed at Madonna. In his tweet, Rogozin used the letter "b", which can sometimes refer to an offensive Russian word for "whore." "Every former b. seeks to lecture everyone on morality as she gets older. Especially during tours and gigs abroad," Rogozin tweeted. "Either take off your cross, or put on your knickers," he added.
After media outlets picked up the comments, the former NATO envoy said on Facebook on Thursday that he meant no offense and the abbreviation could refer to many things including "goddess" or "ballerina". "And they immediately linked my comments with the so-called 'Madonna' (goddamn her) even though I did not say a word about her." At her Saint Petersburg concert Thursday, Madonna spoke in support of the gay community in an often homophobic nation. "Ramadan treat" - Man in Afghan uniform kills 3 U.S. soldiers in Helmand province.(AA).Three American soldiers were killed Friday when a man in Afghan uniform turned his weapon on them, the U.S. military said, in the third so-called green-on-blue attack in less than a week. A spokeswoman said “an individual in an Afghan uniform fired on U.S. Forces-Afghanistan services members in Sangin district of Helmand province. There were three U.S. Forces Afghanistan fatalities. “We’re investigating to determine the facts,” she said, without giving details of whether the shooter had been killed, captured or escaped. Two Afghan officials told AFP the soldiers were killed by an Afghan police officer who had invited them for a meal at his checkpost in the restive southern province.
The police checkpost commander invited four foreign special forces soldiers to a (Ramadan) breakfast at 2:30 am in Sangin district,” a senior security officer in the province said, requesting anonymity. “He later opened fire on the special forces soldiers, killing three and wounding another, and he managed to run away.”
The Sangin district chief, Mohammad Sharif, earlier told AFP that four foreign soldiers had been killed by the checkpost commander after he invited them to a meal. Breakfast is eaten before sunrise during the holy month of Ramadan, when Muslims fast from then until the evening meal at dusk. An increasing number of Afghan soldiers and police have turned their weapons against NATO colleagues helping them fight a decade-long insurgency by Taliban Islamists ousted from power in a U.S.-led invasion in 2001. The attacks are raising questions about the ability of Afghan security forces to take over from NATO combat troops, the bulk of whom are scheduled to withdraw at the end of 2014.
On Tuesday, an American soldier was killed in the east when two men in Afghan army uniform opened fire, and on Thursday an Afghan soldier was killed after turning his weapon on NATO troops, also in the east.
The latest deaths take the green-on-blue toll this year to around 33, in some 23 such incidents, according to an AFP tally. NATO’s International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) has said the deaths sapped spirits among its troops. “Although the incidents are small in number we are aware of the gravity they have as an effect on morale,” former ISAF spokesman Brigadier General Carsten Jacobson said earlier this year. “Every single incident has an out-of-proportion effect on morale and that goes for coalition forces as it goes for Afghan national security forces.”Hmmmm......Obama: " If We Work Hard, Afghanistan Could Be a Success...Like Iraq!"Read the full story here.

Obama's 'Amnesty' - Arrested illegals who were released charged with 16,226 subsequent crimes.

Obama's 'Amnesty' - Arrested illegals who were released charged with 16,226 subsequent crimes.(DC).President Barack Obama‘s decision not to deport some arrested illegal immigrants has enabled a crime wave — but no American or immigrant victims have been publicly identified, and GOP politicians have mostly remained mute.
Illegal aliens who have been released from custody between 2008 and mid-2011 have been charged with 16,226 subsequent crimes, including 19 murders, 142 sex crimes and thousands of drunk-driving offenses, drug-crimes and felonies, according to a new report from the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service.
Rather than protect the American people he was elected to serve, President Obama has imposed a policy that allows thousands of illegal immigrants to be released into our communities,” said a statement from Rep. Lamar Smith, the chairman of the House judiciary committee.
The criminals “were in the government’s custody, were identified as illegal immigrants and then let go because this administration has refused to request the resources to hold them and deport them,” said Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies.
The White House press office did not respond to The Daily Caller’s questions.
Over a 33-month period, from October 2008 and July 2011, roughly one-sixth of those let go were later arrested for crimes.
The data shows that 26,412 of the 159,286 released legal and illegal immigrants were arrested later for 57,763 crimes, said the CRS.
The CRS found the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency “likely” had authority to deport only 7,283 — or 40 percent — of those repeat offenders. The other 19,129 had some form of legal status, and would not be liable for deportation until after conviction in a civil court.
After being released, the 7,283 deportable aliens were later charged with 16,226 crimes, including 19 murders, 142 sex crimes — such as rape or child molestation — almost 1,000 other major criminal offenses or violent crimes, plus 489 cases of theft, 551 traffic violations, 1,929 DUI violations and 156 parole violations.
Together, the released 26,412 illegal and legal immigrants were charged with 59 murders, 542 sex crimes, 6,270 drug crimes and up to 5,342 “major criminal offenses … [or] other violent crimes.”
“It is amazing to me there hasn’t been more fallout … [but] it is the Messiah’s administration [and] the media isn’t making a fuss,” Krikorian said. “It’s appalling.”
Chairman Smith, however, has pushed the issue. Obama’s “unwillingness to enforce immigration laws puts our communities at risk and costs American lives. We elect leaders to protect us — not put us in danger,” he said.Hmmm......And then shall that Wicked be revealed  "the wicked one," referring to the "man of sin," and called "the wicked one" because of the eminent depravity of the system of which he was to be the head; see the notes on 2 Thessalonians 2:3.Read the full story here.

Syria: No-fly zone option under consideration, White House counter-terrorism adviser John Brennan .

Syria: No-fly zone option under consideration, White House counter-terrorism adviser John Brennan.(Ansa).The White House is not ruling out the creation of a no-fly zone over Syria, a senior official says. "I don't recall the president ever saying that anything is off the table", President Barack Obama's counter-terrorism adviser John Brennan said yesterday, responding to a question on whether a no-fly zone area was being considered. "The United States government always looks at situations and looks at what types of scenarios might unfold, and then accordingly looks at what types of emergency plans might be available to deal with certain circumstances", said Brennan. He also stressed that the United States have done "a number of things to support the opposition". "There is a lot of humanitarian assistance that is going on there", he continued. Brennan said Washington wanted make sure "that we understand exactly who are going to be the recipients of any type of aid". Although Al Qaida is going to try and take advantage of the situation, if you look at the whole Syrian opposition "the overwhelming majority of them are no Al Qaida ilk", Brennan said, describing them as Syrians who are "truly trying to gain control of their lives and their future". Speaking at a seminar at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, the senior official said that "the United States government always looks at situations and looks at what types of scenarios might unfold and then accordingly looks at what types of contingency plans might be available to deal with certain circumstances". "Rest assured that various options that are being talked about in the press and sometimes being advocated, these are things that the United States government has been looking at very carefully, trying to understand the implications, trying to understand the advantages and disadvantages", he concluded.Hmmmm.....A pitty they're not that 'tough' on Iran's nuclear arms program.Read the full story here.

Unable to raise debt on international capital markets and heavily exposed to the financial woes of Greece, which is at the heart of the euro zone's debt crisis, Cyprus also sees enormous volumes of transit money channelled through offshore companies set up for Russian businesses. Cyprus is looking forward to a positive decision from Moscow regarding its appeal for aid, said Christos Christofides, director of the Cypriot president's executive office, RIA-Novosti reported Wednesday. President Demetris Christofias, a Soviet-educated Russian speaker, held a telephone conversation with Putin on Monday, according to a statement on the Kremlin's website. Video: Taliban Welcomes Rogue Afghan Who Shot US Soldiers as a Hero.

The video, released by the Taliban's media propaganda wing, shows the
soldier returning to a Taliban village in Ghaziabad in Kunar province,
with dozens of Taliban men lined up to greet him. The soldier, wearing
an Afghan Army uniform, identifies himself as Ghazi Mahmood, or "Warrior

Men with white Taliban flags, some with their faces covered, others
carrying rocket propelled grenade launchers, throng around him, parading
him through the village as insurgents shower him with flower garlands
and chant "Long Live Mahmood."

"I opened fire on three Americans who were sitting together," the man
explains calmly in the video. "The reason I killed them is because they
have occupied our country. They are enemies of our religion and they
kill our innocent people."

In another scene, the rogue soldier is seated outside a wooden
structure, surrounded by armed insurgents, some of whose faces are
blurred. Standing in a row in front are dozens of young madrassa
students, who pump their fists into the air cheering "Jihad, Jihad" and
"Long Live the warrior."

Don't worry guys Obama will release your buddies from Gitmo and transfer them to Muslim Brotherhood 'headquarters' Qatar.

Nearly 12 years after the brutal lynching of two IDF reservists in Ramallah, Two perpetrators arrested.(YNet).Cleared for publication: Nearly 12 years after the brutal lynching of two IDF reservists in Ramallah, security forces arrested two Palestinians who confessed to being actively involved in the act.
The Ramallah lynch took place on October 12, 2000, when a mob of Palestinians murdered Vadim Norzich and Yossi Avrahami, and mutilated their bodies.
The lynch occurred at the start of the al-Aqsa Intifada and despite attempts by the Palestinian Authority to erase any documentation of the brutal murders, the horrific images reached every corner of the world and sent shockwaves across Israel. In June, security forces arrested Marwan Ibrahim Tawfik Maadi, 51, and Yasser Ibrahim Mohammed Khatab, 40. Indictments were filed in the case with the Judea Military Court on Sunday. Two months ago, the Shin Bet, IDF and Israel Police uncovered a large-scale Hamas operation in the Ramallah and Binyamin area. Having been convicted of involvement in the lynch, Abed el-Aziz Salha was released last October as part of the Shalit deal.Read the full story here.

-- Christmas 2009, Hawaii again for the annual break.
-- August 2009, at Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Canyon for a short vacation.
-- August 2009, their first summer vacation as first family at Martha’s Vineyard, Mass.

Here are the costs for just a few of Michelle’s imperial junkets:

Michelle Obama and 40 of her friends paid for personal expenses, such as hotels and meals themselves.
But the U.S. taxpayer would have paid for the 68-strong security detail, personal staff and use of presidential jet Air Force Two.
Payment for the secret service team ran at around $281 each – nearly $98,000 for the duration of the summer break.

Use of Air Force Two comes in at $149,900 for the round trip, not including time on the ground.
Mrs Obama’s personal staff, of which there were an unknown number, should also be taken into account.
The following are highlights from the U.S. Air Force records, which indicate a total cost of $213,124.15:
According to U.S. Department of Defense’s 2010 published hourly rates, the total cost of flying Michelle Obama and her guests from Camp Andrews to Malaga and then to Mallorca and back to the United States was $199,323.75. This is based on approximately 17 hours and 15 minutes of total flying time.
The 15-member flight crew stayed at Tryp Guadalmar, a nearby motel. Lodging cost was $10,290.60 and car rental cost was $2,633.50. Food cost was $876.30, including $57.68 for four bottles of maple syrup and a package of pancake mix.

The U.S. Air Force concealed the number of civilian passengers who accompanied Mrs. Obama on the five-day trip, citing an exemption to FOIA law. (The New York Times previously reported that Mrs. Obama brought along one of her daughters and “two friends and four of their daughters, as well as a couple of aides and a couple of advance staff members.”)

Secret Service records, meanwhile, show that the costs to the agency for the vacation were $254,461.20. This total includes $26,670.61 for a chauffeur tour of Costa del Sol and $50,078.78 for a travel planning company SET P&V, S.L. (George Soros is 50% owner of the travel company.) Taxpayers also paid the bill for separate lodging for a dog and its handler.

This probably understates the cost. I would assume a separate cargo plane accompanied Michelle to bring the vehicles and other gear required for first lady-type travel.
Last year she followed this up with a 2011 vacation to South Africa, though some “official” business was included in this journey. If she wants to do this kind of travel during an election year, I’m sure the Romney’s will help foot the bill.

According to the Hawaii Reporter the costs were:
$63,000 on an early flight bringing Mrs Obama and the children to Hawaii ahead of the President
$1,000,000 on Mr Obama’s return trip from Washington on Air Force One
$16,000 to rent nearby homes for Secret Service and Navy Seals
$134,000 for 24 White House staff to stay at the Moana Hotel
$251,000 in police overtime
$10,000 for an ambulance to be on hand at all times

Michelle Obama and her daughters stayed at the Sebastian hotel on Vail Mountain, where rooms cost more than $2,400 for multi-bedroom suites.
The family appear to have flown there on Air Force Two.
They were escorted to the resort by about a dozen vehicles, including 15 state and local law enforcement officers.

The Blue Heron Farm estate, where the Obama family stayed, rents for about $50,000 a week.
Michelle, Sasha and Malia Obama flew to the estate just hours before the president to make the most of the holiday – again, incurring extra flight costs.
According to U.S. News and World Report, the Coast Guard was required to keep ships floating near the property. The presidential helicopter and jet remain at the ready and security agents will be on 24-hour duty.

According to the Hawaii Reporter the costs were:
$63,000 on an early flight bringing Mrs Obama and the children to Hawaii ahead of the President but add security and personnel for a total of about $100,000
$3,271,622 on Mr Obama’s return trip from Washington on Air Force One
$151,200 to rent nearby homes for Secret Service and Navy Seals
$72,216 for 24 White House staff to stay at the Moana Hotel

Saudis to Muslim Brotherhood: Drop Dead.

Saudis to Muslim Brotherhood: Drop Dead.(GI).
"The uneasy modus vivendi between the Muslim Brotherhood and the military most likely will fail, and probably sooner than later,"
I argued July 9, and the aftermath of the terrorist execution of sixteen Egyptian soldiers in the Sinai peninsula supports this conclusion. The funeral service for the dead soldiers erupted in rage against the Brotherhood, Al Ahram reports today from Cairo: In a tense scene, hundreds of Egyptians gathered at Al-Rashdan Mosque in Cairo's Nasr City district around midday on Tuesday to attend the funeral service held for the 16 Egyptian guards killed at the Egypt-Gaza border on Sunday. Security forces were heavily deployed around the mosque, and several of the surrounding streets were blocked off. Getting close to the mosque, Ahram Online found families of the killed soldiers, as well as some public figures, mourners and many angry protesters.
The group was split between those who had made it inside the mosque to pray for the killed soldiers and the rest who waited outside in anger, chanting almost without pause, and at times fighting with each other.
Protesters mainly chanted against President Mohamed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood, describing them as "betrayers of the country" and claiming that the Brotherhood collaborated with Hamas, which they accuse of involvement in the killing of Egyptian soldiers. "Down with the rule of the Supreme Guide of the Brotherhood" and "The Brotherhood are agents and betrayers" were among the slogans that were chanted. The infuriated protesters also kicked out any citizen whom they suspected to be a member of the Islamist group. Most bearded men were labelled as members of the Brotherhood and were forced to leave.
Crucial to understanding Egypt's internal wrangling between the Brotherhood-dominated elected government and the military in the wings is the harsh reality of Egypt's economy: the country is nearly dead broke, and close to the point where it no longer can finance its $36 billion annual trade deficit.
Egypt imports half its food, and is the world's largest wheat importer. Wheat and other food prices went through the roof due to the American drought and poor harvests elsewhere. Egypt is almost out of money.
It also has trouble financing its enormous internal budget deficit (around 12% of GDP). The most likely outcome will be a substantial currency devaluation before year-end, with a sharp rise in food and energy prices, all of it laid at the door of the Muslim Brotherhood. The military will consolidate its grip over Egyptian politics in one fashion or another. As I wrote in the cited July 9 post: "The economic context is necessary to make sense of Egypt's politics: it points to an important conclusion, that no path exists to stable rule by the Muslim Brotherhood." The most important news to come out of Egypt in the past several weeks was yesterday's central bank announcement that foreign exchange reserves fell sharply during July. Liquid reserves fell by a quarter, from $7.8 billion to $5.9 billion Saudi Arabia, that is, didn't peel off a single dinar for the flailing Egyptians during the month of July, despite Prime Minister Morsi's high-profile trip to Riyadh during the middle of the month. With liquid reserves below $6 billion (the rest is gold, credits at the IMF, and a few other illiquid items) Egypt can pay for another two months' of its trade deficit. The Saudis do not want to feed the mouth that bites their hand. A great deal of wishful thinking arose from Morsi's visit about a new Saudi-Egyptian rapprochement, supposedly motivated by common opposition of the two Sunni Muslim countries to Iran, for example, by Prof. Fouad Ajami in Tablet. The Saudis fear the Muslim Brotherhood, though, as much as they fear Iran: the Brotherhood's updated Islamism combines traditional religious authority with the organizing methods of modern totalitarian parties, and represents the most credible internal challenge to the Saudi monarchy. Saudi Arabia supported deposed Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak and bitterly rued his overthrow. Evidently the Egyptian Supreme Council of the Armed Forces and its Saudi backers intend to let the Morsi government take the blame for Egypt's impending economic disaster. The assault on Egypt's prime minister at the soldiers' funeral may mark the decline of the Islamist organization. The only friend the Muslim Brotherhood has left is the Obama administration, which cannot–in an election year–give the Morsi government what it needs the most–enough money to get through the next few months. Hmmmm......Flashback MFS - The Other News: "King Abdullah "We need to cut of the head of the snake" he could start by stop 'feeding' it financially."Read the full story here.

"Forward" - A tsunami of spending is breaking over the United States.(Heritage).Budget Sense, a bi-weekly newsletter from The Heritage Foundation, delivers the most recent developments in the struggle to bring America’s fiscal house in order and save the American Dream.
Each issue of Budget Sense features the latest work from Heritage experts giving timely information, commentary, and analysis on the issues of federal spending, taxes, debt, and entitlements. Heritage experts go further and present timely, straightforward policies and solutions.
A tsunami of spending is breaking over the United States. The entitlement programs consisting of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid are already bankrupting the country and spending is on track to double by 2050. Meanwhile, the nation is heading towards a fiscal cliff of massive proportions. Under President Obama’s leadership, Congress is faced with a false choice between military insecurity and economic insecurity for 2013.
Undoubtedly, long-term entitlement and budget reform is an uphill battle. However, the longer Congress waits to address the issues, the more difficult and painful reform will become. Waiting to make decisions could force European-style austerity that would be economically disastrous. One need look no further than Greece to see that delayed, crisis-driven decision making does not allow adequate time to weigh pros and cons of legislation and to make prudent decisions.Read the full story here.

Obama 'Buddy' Saudi Arabia 'to Shoot Down' Iran-Bound Israeli Planes.

Obama 'Buddy' Saudi Arabia 'to Shoot Down' Iran-Bound Israeli Planes.(RN).Saudi Arabia has threatened to shoot down any Israeli aircraft over its airspace en route to or from Iran, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported on Thursday. The message was passed via senior U.S. officials during recent talks in Jerusalem. Both Israel and the United States have said they may consider a military strike to put a stop to Iran's disputed uranium enrichment program. Washington and its allies say Iran is developing an atomic bomb, an allegation Tehran denies. The paper said the route over Saudi Arabia was one of four air routes identified by Israel's intelligence for a possible attack on Iran. Saudi Arabia is equipped with U.S.-made fighter jets and sophisticated defense systems, Israeli media reported. Israel would have to use at least 100 aircraft should it decide to launch a strike on Iran's nuclear facilities, the New York Times said in a report in February. The planes would have to fly some 1,600 kilometers over hostile territory. Israeli bombers flew through Saudi airspace in July 1981 in an operation to destroy Iraq's Osirak nuclear power station. No aircraft were shot down during that air raid. Hmmmm.......No attack before i'm re-elected.......Do You Hear?Read the full story here.
