“There is no Jewish future in France,” Katz, of the National Union party, said, adding that the state of Israel is the future of the Jewish people, and that Jews should not trust their fate to “Sarkozy, Obama or other world leaders.”
The Israeli Foreign Ministry, by contrast, expressing shock over the attack, said Israel was confident the French authorities would do “everything possible” to bring the perpetrator to justice.
Opposition head Tzipi Livni posted on her Facebook page, calling it a sad day. “The state of Israel and the Jewish people are partners in battling antisemitism and hate crimes,” she said. Livni said France must protect its citizens from events like this one, adding that she trusts the French authorities will find the person responsible.
The UK board of Jewish Deputies issued a press statement, saying the attack is “a terrible reminder of the threat” minorities in Europe face.
A rabbi, two of his children and a young girl were killed when a man on a motorbike shot them in front of a Jewish school in Toulouse. The man fled, and French police were searching for him.
In the wake of the deadly attack, MK Danny Danon (Likud), called for an urgent session Tuesday of the Knesset’s Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Affairs Committee, which he chairs, to discuss the attack.“We will not allow the pogroms of the beginning of the 20th century to return to Europe,” Danon said.The French ambassador to Israel, Christophe Bigot, is expected to attend the session, entitled “Manifestations of Anti-Semitism in Europe.”Read the full story here.

Russian Anti-Terror Troops Arrive in Syria.(Fox).Reports of Russian anti-terror troops on the ground in Syria is raising new concerns about whether Russia's policies are indirectly, or even directly, enabling the brutal crackdown on Syrian protesters.
Russia's Defense Ministry acknowledged Monday that the navy's Iman oil tanker arrived at the Syrian port of Tartus 10 days ago on a mission to assist Russian navy ships on anti-piracy patrols in the Gulf of Aden and “for demonstrating the Russian presence in the turbulent region and possible evacuation of Russian citizens," the Black Sea Fleet told Interfax news agency.
A ministry spokesman would not say how many troops are on board, but Russian news reports suggest a more active military presence in Syria.
Russia is a strong ally to Syrian President Bashar Assad and has angered fellow members of the United Nations Security Council by blocking repeated attempts to put an end to violence in Syria.
A Security Council source told ABC News that the arrival of members of Russia’s military in Syria was a “bomb” of a development, sure to have serious repercussions.
Interfax reported the tanker arrived in Tartus on the Mediterranean Sea with an anti-terror squad from the Russian Marines.ABC News reported that RIA Novosti, a news outlet tied to the Kremlin, announced the arrival only on its Arabic-language website.
Russian embassy officials have declined to comment, but Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov last week told a meeting of the Russian State Duma that there were no plans for sending combat troops to Syria, according to RIA Novosti.“As for the question whether I consider it necessary to confront the United States in Syria ... to take part in military actions, no. I believe this would be against Russia’s national interests,” Lavrov said.
The port of Tartus is now the only naval base Russia has outside the former Soviet Union. A Russian navy squadron made a call there in January in what was seen by many as a show of Moscow's support for Assad.Read the full story here.

Egyptian Radical Islamic cleric Wagdy Ghoneim Hate Speech Draws Coptic Complaint.(TIP).
A radical Islamic cleric forced out of the United States is finding trouble in Egypt, after uploading a video calling the late head of the Coptic Church the "head of infidels."
Wagdy Ghoneim's remarks prompted three lawyers to file a complaint alleging he defamed Christianity, Al-Ahram reports.
Coptic Pope Shenouda III died Saturday after serving for decades as spiritual leader to Egypt's estimated 10 million Copts. Ghoneim attacked Shenouda by blaming him for inciting sectarian violence and calling all Copts "infidels."
Ghoneim has exhibited hostility toward other faiths in the past, most notably with a series of anti-Jewish screeds while he lived in the United States. "They killed the prophets and worshipped idols," he said in a 1998 speech to the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP) held at Brooklyn College. His remarks also included leading the audience in a song with the lyrics, "No to the Jews, descendants of the apes."
A year earlier, he told the Muslim Arab Youth Association (MAYA) that violent jihad was the only way to liberate Palestine.
"The Jews are scared by the word 'jihad,' Ghoneim said. "We have to prepare ourselves for jihad against Jews and to liberate Aqsa Masjid. This is a must whether we accept it or not."
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials arrested Ghoneim in November 2004, citing "his past speeches and participation in fund-raising activities could be supportive of terrorist organizations."
American Islamist groups rallied to his defense, saying he was being treated unjustly.
"The whole Muslim community today is under a microscope of scrutiny," Hussam Ayloush, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) Southern California chapter said at the time.Ghoneim agreed to leave the country voluntarily in December 2004. Secret files reveal 9,000 Nazi war criminals fled to South America after WWII.(DailyMail).Nine thousand Nazi war criminals fled to South America after the Second World War, it has been revealed for the first time.
After receiving tip-offs, German prosecutors were recently granted access to secret files in Brazil and Chile that confirmed the true number of Third Reich immigrants.
According to the documents, an estimated 9,000 war criminals escaped to South America, including Croatians, Ukrainians, Russians and other western Europeans who aided the Nazi murder machine.
Most, perhaps as many as 5,000, went to Argentina; between 1,500 and 2,000 are thought to have made it to Brazil; around 500 to 1,000 to Chile; and the rest to Paraguay and Uruguay.
These numbers do not include several hundred more who fled to the safety of right-wing regimes in the Middle East.
Previous estimates as to how many Nazis fled to South America have varied wildly from 5,000 to 300,000.

Kurt Schrimm, 62, head of the central war criminal authority in Germany, is among the legal team sifting through archives.
He said: 'These documents provide the hottest leads we have had for years.'
Mr Schrimm said a female historian provided the clues about the Nazis who got away, who included Holocaust mastermind Adolf Eichmann, Auschwitz doctor Josef Mengele and Treblinka death camp commander Franz Stangl
There is also the hope that the mountain of documents may throw up a living fugitive.
But Mr Schrimm added: 'Each day that passes makes that less and less likely but I do not want people to say in the future that we did not try.'
Mr Schrimm and his colleague Uwe Steintz, 52, believe the archives may also provide clues to Nazis who sneaked back to the Fatherland to live out their days undetected.
Of particular interest to the hunters are details of the so-called 'rat lines' - the escape routes out of a shattered Europe after WW2 that allowed an estimated 800 murderers to escape on passports provided by the Vatican.
Since arriving in South America three weeks ago, Mr Schrimm and Mr Steintz have pored over the Arquivo Historico records in Rio de Janiero.
The Archivo Nacional is the repository for all immigration documents.

Indian court dismisses 'blasphemy' case against Microsoft.(BM).New Delhi (dpa) – The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a criminal case against Microsoft India in which it was accused of hosting what was deemed objectionable content on its website, media reported.
Microsoft was one of 21 websites – including Yahoo, YouTube and Facebook – accused of hosting images that could offend religious sentiment.
Judge Suresh Kait accepted Microsoft India’s argument that no defamatory material had been posted on its websites, and that it was neither a social networking site nor a search engine, the IANS news agency reported.
The company contended that it was not providing a platform for people to interact with each other and post or publish their views, but one that engaged in the development and sale of software and computing solutions, IANS reported.
The decision came after Microsoft India approached the high court, challenging a lower court’s order initiating criminal proceedings against it for hosting “obscene and derogatory content.”
In January, the Delhi High Court threatened to block sites that failed to remove offensive content. Last month, Facebook and Google said they had complied with court directives and removed what the court defined as “objectionable material.”
The content row began in December when federal Communications and Information Technology Minister Kapil Sibal asked the websites to remove offensive material. The move prompted sharp criticism from some Indians who complained of censorship.Subsequently, cases were filed in trial courts by individuals who said some images posted online defamed Hindu gods, the Prophet Mohammed and other religious figures.

Turkish PM Erdoğan won’t receive German humanity and tolerance award.(HD).The organizers of a German prize for humanity and tolerance said March 17 they will not honor Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with an award because Erdoğan will not be in Germany at the time of the award ceremony, due to a cancelled visit.
The plan to award Erdoğan the 2012 Steiger Award had been heavily criticized in Germany, where the Turkish authorities have been accused of human rights abuses, notably against the minority Kurdish population.
The award’s organizers said they changed their mind because Erdoğan did not travel to Germany to receive the award at a ceremony on the evening of March 17 in Bochum. Erdoğan cancelled his trip to Germany after the deaths of 12 Turkish soldiers in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan.
German police said some 25,000 people, mostly of Turkish origin, demonstrated on March 17 in Bochum. Among them were members of minorities such as the Kurds, who accuse Erdoğan of persecuting their community. Report : "More lesbians than straight women in Singapore, Malaysia".(BM).SINGAPORE: While most observers have discounted the online study of Facebook ads that revealed there are more lesbians than straight women in Singapore and Malaysia, the information does put forward a number of questions.
Flocations, a travel start-up company in Singapore, ran tests on targeting a number of women with Facebook ads and the results were not what they expected, the company said in a press release.
They discovered that in Singapore and Malaysia, the number of “women interested in women” far outnumber those who are “interested in men”. In Singapore, that’s 14,800 to 6,100. The difference is even greater in Malaysia, at 65,160 to 8,480 (with several other parameters added in).
However, the figures in the United States seem pretty normal, with 1.6 million showing an interest in men, while a tenth of that indicating an interest in women.
The company said that “this is not enough information” to determine overall trends, necessarily in the country, but it highlights the ongoing struggle facing women in Southeast Asia, say activists and women’s rights advocates.
“I think there is a lot to the concept ‘women seeking women’,” began Nora Ismail, an Indonesian women’s sexual health researcher based in Sinagapore. She told Bikyamasr.com that a lot of those women may not be lesbians, “but are searching for satisfaction they couldn’t get with their husbands.“And to put it bluntly, they want to be aroused and have good sex. But to look for an affair with a man would be detrimental if caught in society, but with women it is more tolerated,” she added.
Others tend to agree. One Singapore housewife said she has had affairs with other women and that when her husband found out, “he didn’t really get angry. He was more interested.”While the study shows that online, at least via Facebook ads, women in Singapore and Malaysia appear to be searching for other women.Hmmm......Islam is the state religion and most dominant religion of Malaysia. A toddler in a wheelchair is stopped by the TSA at ORD (O'Hare Airport in Chicago) and forced to into a sequestered area. On his way to a family vacation in Disney, this 3 year old boy is in a body cast for a broken leg.
Hmmmm..... According to the TSA website, children under the age of 12 will be subjected to a “modified” pat-down. They promise: “We specially train our Security Officers and they understand your concern for your children. They will approach your children gently and treat them with respect. If your child becomes uncomfortable or upset, security officers will consult you about the best way to relieve your child’s concern.” (TSA website)

* The TSA asserts that they will not ask you to do anything that will separate you from your child or children. If you child is able to walk through the metal detector his/herself, the official will prefer that they do. If you are carrying an infant in your arms, do not pass him/her to the security officer – walk through with the baby or pass on to your traveling companion if any.

* Anyone selected for a pat-down is entitled to a same-gender officer, a private area, and a witness. Ensure that you get all of these if you or your child has to be patted-down. Try to cooperate with the officer and calm your child down, but ensure that you watch carefully and ask questions if you are unclear about why/how a certain procedure was conducted. It is your right to know, and their responsibility to answer. Be courteous, but firm.

Know that at no time should the Security Officer remove your child from his/her mobility aid (wheelchair or scooter). You are responsible for removing your child from his/her equipment at your discretion to accomplish screening.

Heavy fighting reported in Damascus between Free Syrian Army rebels and forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad.(AA).A heavy firefight broke out on Monday between Free Syrian Army rebels and forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad in a main district of the Syrian capital Damascus that is home to several security installations, witnesses said, as experts from the U.N. and Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) began a mission to assess the humanitarian impact of the year-long conflict.
They said the sound of heavy machinegun fire and rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) echoed through the heavily guarded al-Mezze district. There was no immediate word on casualties but residents told Reuters by telephone the fighting was intense.
“There is fighting near Hamada supermarket and the sound of explosions there and elsewhere in the neighborhood. Security police have blocked several side streets and the street lighting has been cut off,” a housewife who lives in the area said.
As many as 47 people have been killed by the fire of Syrian forces across the country, activists at the Local Coordination Committees told Al Arabiya.
Activists said that more than 200 Syrian soldiers have defected in al-Qalmoun region in Damascus suburbs.
The fighting in the capital came after a car bomb ripped through a residential area of Syria’s second largest city Aleppo on Sunday, and as activists reported heavy clashes across the country between state forces and rebels fighting to overthrow Assad.As hundreds gathered on Sunday in Damascus to mourn victims of car bombings the previous day, activists said security forces beat and arrested people at a march of more than 200 when protesters began shouting “the people want to topple the regime.”
Among those arrested and beaten was Mohammed Sayyed Rassas, a leader of the National Coordinating Body for Democratic Change (NCB), an opposition group which had visited China and Russia in attempts to promote dialogue between Assad and the opposition.
Most opposition groups have rejected the NCB over its insistence on non-violence and its stance against foreign intervention.

Mrs. Assad: I Am The Real Dictator In This Family.(TheTelegraph).Despite the ambitions she expressed for liberalising Syria before the uprising, Mrs Assad, 36, displays no misgivings about the regime’s bloody crackdown, which has accounted for most of the estimated 8,000 lives lost.
Her correspondence with Bashar al-Assad, his aides, friends and family portray her as highly supportive of her husband.
In an email to a family friend on Jan 10, she praised a speech the president gave for conveying a sense of being “very strong, no more messing around”.
In another, she complains that ABC News unfavourably edited an interview with him.
On Jan 17, she circulated an email cracking a joke at the expense of the people of Homs, shortly before a regime onslaught that would claim hundreds of lives.
The people of the city have long been the target of derision for other Syrians. Mrs Assad received from her husband an email with the subject line “Student who obtained 0% on an exam”.
It contained one of those lists of jokes that circulate widely on the internet, in the form of questions with silly answers. The first was: “In which battle did Napoleon die? - His last battle”.
The next day she forwarded the email to her father and two other family members with the changed subject line: “A really bright Homsi student!”
Mrs Assad’s “dictator” comment was made partly in jest during an exchange with a friend about how much attention spouses typically pay to each other.
“As for listening - I am the REAL dictator, he has no choice …” she wrote on Dec 14. Her use of the word in reference to her husband suggests she understands how others regard him.
It will not be helpful to Mr Assad, who has made a show of passing reforms since protests against his rule broke out.Mrs Assad comes across as comfortable with the middle class English world in which she grew up as the daughter of a cardiologist in Acton.
The mother of three, who went to university in London, chats affectionately with her family, receives shopping offers from John Lewis, and speculates about potential overseas holidays with friends.
But international sanctions forced her to shop online with an alias and to to ask friends to collect jewellery from Paris. To receive a delivery of furniture she had to find a friendly shipping company in Dubai.
Only fleetingly does she let any strain show. On Feb 3, she wrote to a friend: “Also been meeting a lot of families of victims which is hard but also gives me strength (or makes me stronger).”
The accounts were stopped a few days later when the Assads realised they had been exposed.
An investment banker in the City before marrying and emigrating aged 25, Mrs Assad has worked to maintain the regime’s dwindling links with the outside world. She sought what she called a “strategic alliance” with MTN, the Pan-African telecoms giants and her Syrian Development Trust, which even before the crisis was seen by critics as a veneer of social reform for the regime.
The tranche of 3,000 emails came from the private accounts of Mr and Mrs Assad and were passed by opposition activists to The Daily Telegraph and other media outlets.
Although pseudonyms are used, the identities of the president and his wife are beyond any reasonable doubt given the recipients and subject matter.
The president is affectionate to his wife, although his inbox shows that two of his trusted aides were young Syrian women based in the United States. A woman who looked to be in her 20s sent him a photograph of herself standing provocatively against a wall in her underwear.
Mr Assad’s cynicism is sometimes striking: he disparages his reforms to appease protesters as “rubbish”.
His wife at least appears aware that four decades of Assad family rule could end soon.

On Friday, the 16th, Obama signed a new Executive Order into being and this one’s timing is very curious. Ed Morrissey (who I highly respect) of Hot Air says that it is simply a reissue of an EO that is 18 years old, that was issued in 1994 by Bill Clinton – EO (12919). I find myself mostly in agreement with Morrissey. The EO is vague and far-reaching. Basically Morrissey points out that it simply adds the DHS to the mix of departments and is apparently just an update.

In fact, that’s almost entirely what it is. The original EO dealing with national defense resources preparedness was issued in 1939 (EO 8248) according to the National Archives. It has been superseded a number of times, starting in 1951 by nearly every President through Bill Clinton, and amended twice by George W. Bush.

I find the following to be of significant relevance:

Obama has added to Section 201(b) the phrase “under both emergency and non-emergency conditions.” In 12919, though, the duties of the Cabinet Secretaries were not limited to emergency situations in Section 201(b), either. And in both EOs, section 102 specifically notes that the EO is intended to ensure defense preparedness “in peacetime and in times of national emergency.”

So, is this a signal that Obama could use his powers during a ‘non-emergency?’ I would certainly not put it past him.

Take an in-depth look at it though, because it is a significant threat to our constitutional rights. It could open the way for ‘soft martial law.’ From Examiner.com:

On March 16th, President Obama signed a new Executive Order which expands upon a prior order issued in 1950 for Disaster Preparedness, and gives the office of the President complete control over all the resources in the United States in times of war or emergency.
The National Defense Resources Preparedness order gives the Executive Branch the power to control and allocate energy, production, transportation, food, and even water resources by decree under the auspices of national defense and national security. The order is not limited to wartime implementation, as one of the order’s functions includes the command and control of resources in peacetime determinations.

And:

Additionally, each cabinet under the Executive Branch has been given specific powers when the order is executed, and include the absolute control over food, water, and other resource distributions.

That gives the President sweeping powers and should raise the alarm level in all Americans – those with a survival instinct any way.

When I first saw the Executive Order, it gave me great pause. In fact, my blood ran cold and I assumed that I was hearing that he was getting ready to declare martial law. I’m all for conspiracies, but let’s pick the right one. Not a feint to the right, when they are really dodging to the left (far left that is).

Ask yourself, why was this issued now and why this Executive Order? Three and a half years into Obama’s presidency… Nothing is what it seems in this administration, so let’s noodle on this shall we?

If you were a Progressive Marxist who was desperate to retain your hold on power in the Presidency and your numbers were dropping like a ten ton stone, what would you do? Ah, now we start looking for the real motivations here. If he follows history and the actions of past leaders, he would go to war if all else failed. Enter Iran.
Everything fits together if you look at it right. Syria, Israel, Iran, the US… Obama is not incompetent, he does everything for a reason. He’s getting ready to dance in the Middle East, but he’s not doing it for our friend and ally Israel. No, he’s in reelection mode and he wants a whole bevy of issues swept under the carpet and a war is the perfect distraction. I don’t think he has any intention of ‘winning’ it – this is just so he can finish what he started in the US – ‘change’ the Marxist way that is.

I believe that World War III has already begun. This war will not just be Iran and the US – it will be a World War with allies on both sides of the aisle. Guess which side Russia, China, Venezuela and N. Korea will be on? This could well be not only a cyber war, but a nuclear war. Do not fool yourself into thinking that we will be safe from the war because we have an ocean between ‘us’ and ‘them.’ That is no longer true.

So why issue an EO that was already out there, merely updated with new agencies and the inclusion of non-emergency situations? My take, he’s getting everything organized for a non-emergency named Iran. With the chaos of the American Spring coming, Depression economics in place with high unemployment, inflation and an eminent stock market crash, the timing will be perfect this fall to go to war and bring the top down on America. Turkey to go to war against Israel if Israel attacks Iran?HT:IsraelMatzav.Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has hinted to Iranian media that Turkey will go to war against Israel if Israel attacks Iran (Hat Tip: Joshua I).

“In our area, we do not accept such an operation. We will also react negatively to such operation," he added.

The minister stated that there are circles willing to cause strife between Tehran and Ankara but they cannot affect ties between the two sides.

Davutoglu noted that Iran and Turkey have different ideas about developments in Syria but Ankara will oppose any possible military move against Tehran.

(Fars).Tehran - India exempted payment in rupees for oil imports from Iran from taxes in a move to keep trade with Iran if the current financial mechanism through Turkey faces new hurdles. India's finance bill, part of the annual budget, said the exemption is in the "national interest" and would be implemented from April 1, Reuters reported.
Iran has opened a new rupee payment mechanism for Indian exporters, in order to skirt western sanctions. Under this, Iran allows India to make 45 per cent of its oil payments in rupees.
India, had announced earlier this month that it will provide incentives for exports to Iran on which the payment would be made in rupees under the new arrangement worked out by the two countries.
Currently Indian refiners are paying for their oil imports through Turkey's Halkbank, but refiners fear this system may fall foul of the new US-led sanctions against the Islamic Republic.
Sources at Indian refiners said they would be making 45 percent of payments in rupees and the remainder through Halkbank as long as that mechanism functions.
"If the Budget is passed by the parliament, we may pay 100 percent through (the rupee mechanism) if the Turkey route stops," said one of the officials.
Also, media reports said in February that Iran's crude exports to India have increased to 550,000 barrels a day in January which shows a 37.5% growth compared with the same period last year.

There are now fears that a far-right wing gunman with a grudge against ethnic minorities following the killings outside Ozar Hatorah school. All of the victims have been Jewish, black or of North African origin
Prosecutors said the 30-year-old man who was killed he was gunned down along with his two sons, aged three and six. A fourth victim of the shooting at the school to the north east of the city is a child between the ages of eight and 10.
They described the gunman as shooting 'everything that was in front of him. Michael Jack, Toulouse prosecutor, said: 'He shot everything that was in front of him, children and adults, and children have been kept within the school.'
French prosecutor Michel Valet said there were 'several dead' following the shooting.
Parent Patrick Rouimi told Toulouse newspaper, La Depeche, that the gunman targeted people at an informal pick up point for the school.
The daughter of one of the school's directors, Charles Ben Goulding, was also believed to be among the injured.
Gilles Bernheim, the Chief Rabbi of France, said: 'I am horrified by what happened outside a Jewish school in Toulouse today. It has bruised by body and my soul. I am deeply upset and am heading to Toulouse.'
Pierre-Henri Brandet, spokesman for the French Interior Ministry said: 'Prefectures throughout France, particularly in the Southwest, should strengthen surveillance and vigilance around places of Jewish education.'
Rabbi Pinchas Goldschmidt, president of the conference of European Rabbis, said: 'As the details of these horrific terrorist attacks emerge, the thoughts of Jewish communities across Europe will be with the families of the victims.
'In recent months antisemitic attacks have been narrowly averted in Azerbaijan and Georgia and sadly, though deeply saddened and outraged, many will be unsurprised by this terrible news
Sources say the gunman was wearing a helmet and fled the scene on a black scooter, echoing scenes from last week when three people were killed and a fourth injured.
On every occasion - including this morning's attack - the gunman was wearing a crash helmet with the visor pulled down, and he was brandishing two guns.
He was also wearing black motorbike leathers, and using a black moped, and used the same ammunition.
The same type of 11.43mm calibre automatic firearm was used in all three attacks, officers revealed.
'This morning's attack saw the assassin opening fire outside the Ozar Hatorah college where pupils, teachers and parents were gathering,' said a police source. 'He opened fire with two weapons, firing with precision and determination.'
According to spent cartridges found at the scene, the weapons used were automatic weapon of 9mm and 11.43mm calibre - exactly the same as those used in the earlier attacks.
Last Thursday a man launched his attack on soldiers from an elite parachute regiment who had withdrawn cash from bank in the town of Montauban, about 30 miles from Toulouse.
Two paratrooers aged 24 and 26 died at the scene, while a third, aged 28, died in the intensive care unit of a nearby hospital after receiving a number of shots to the head.

Updated: HT:IsraelMatzav. Israel Radio is reporting that three of the four people killed were a teacher and his two sons, and the fourth was the 9-year old daughter of the school's principal.

Israel Radio says the teacher was 30-years old and that one of the children was 12. I assume that means the other child was younger.
Socialist Party candidate Francois Hollande, who will be running against Sarkozy in the forthcoming presidential election, was also in Toulouse to show "solidarity" with the French Jewish community.

France's Grand Rabbi stated that he was "horrified" and "stunned" by the attack and was travelling to Toulouse.

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described the attack as "a despicable murder of Jews, including small children."

"It is too early to determine exactly what the background to the murderous act was, but we certainly cannot rule out the option that it was motivated by violent and murderous anti-Semitism," he said.
